The original reason why Tesla was introduced is to convince the automobile industry to switch to electric cars. Since the roadster, Tesla shocked the world when they proved that they can build a long range fast and luxury electric cars . Model S Tesla

                     

 Since Tesla was introduced it didn't take time for naysayers to criticize the company from calling it a bluff to making fake videos of the cars running out of charge in less the 100 miles. One thing is for sure, electric cars is a huge threat to oil companies and car dealers because they sell their cars directly to customers that's why you see dealers across the nation trying to ban Tesla from selling their electric cars.Currently Texas,Arizona and New Jersey ban Tesla from selling their cars . The reason why car dealers fear Tesla is because electric cars don't require oil change,  it turns out that electric cars require far less maintenance than  gasoline cars.Tesla builds supercharging stations across the U.S and the world so if you buy one you never have to pay for gas again because the charging stations are free and they can charge the car up to 150 miles in 20 to 30 minutes and full charge take one hour.


One of the greatest feature in model S sedan is the dash board. Instead of nobs and buttons, a 17"
touch screen replaces everything ,so you can control climate system ,lights ,stereo system and other function of this electric car threw this 17"inch screen and you can interact with the car via your mobile phone.These features are not available in any other cars.The company can upgrade your electric car over the air meaning you don't need to bring it to the shop as much many diagnose can be done remotely.The CEO Elon Musk just released all its patents to all he's competitors.
   

The one thing Tesla owners are happy about is the fact they never have to pay for gas. Tesla motors build a network of  charging stations across the country and other countries as well and they are free.
Unlike traditional electric cars chargers the Tesla superchargers can charge the model s to half the range in 20 minutes to full charge in one hour.

Although Tesla model S is not affordable for now, a cheaper model will be available in 2017. In 2015 the company will be selling its first SUV which will be on the same drive-train and platform as the model S. The SUV will be the model X. The model X will have dual motor , falcon wing doors and will have the same battery package as the model S.The price will be about the same as the model S.
